How it works?

How to charge it?
1. Hold the cat litter deodorizer and turn it counterclockwise to remove it from the cap. Plug in the USB cable and charge it from any USB port (≤ 5v input).
2. The blue light will blink when charging. Once fully charged, the blue light will be on.
3. Align the snap part with the cap slot and turn it clockwise until it can’t be turned.
Easy Set Up & Maintenance
1. Use a dry cloth to clean the surface (20-40cm away from the cat litter box is ideal)
2. Press the power switch on the back to turn it on and the blue light flashes twice to indicate it is on.
3. Peel off the protection film of the tape and press it to the surface for 10 seconds to ensure it firmly installed.
4. Align the deodorizer to the cap and turn it clockwise until it can’t be turned.

1. Q：Why I received the product after the boot does not respond? The light does not light up?
A: The product may be completely discharged after transportation, then you need to use the 5V1A adapter to charge for 2-3 hours, the light will light up again. If it does not light up after charging, you can contact us, we will reply you within 24 hours on working days to provide you with after-sales service.
2. Why does it keep blinking after it is turned on? How do I know if it’s working?
A: It keeps flashing indicating the presence of people or pets within its detection range. The detection range of the sensor is 2-3 meters and 120°. After a person or pet leaves the detection range for 1 minute, the light will stay steady blue and start working for 2 minutes. After working it will go into standby for 15 minutes. If no person or pet enters the range during this period, the deodorizer will maintain the cycle of both steps, working and standby.
3. Why I finished the installation of the deodorizer according to the instructions, but still no effect?
A: Usually the first day may not have obvious effect, it needs to be used for 2-3 more days. Because ozone emissions are limited and well below the safe range, the deodorizer will be more effective in smaller spaces. If it still has no effect after being used for more than 1 week, you can contact us and we will provide appropriate advice according to your actual usage scenario.
